Shakeology Review

As promised, here is my review of Shakeology. After 6 weeks on this supplement, I have to admit it delivers as promised.  I have a nice even energy level all day long. It has really helped power me through my workouts, which unfortunately can be late in the evening. I have found that where I was previously starting to "bonk" during a workout before starting this supplement, I now am pushing harder than ever! As for taste and texture, ABSOLUTELY no complaints there either. It tastes great! Just throw it in the blender with 1/2 cup of milk, a banana, and a tablespoon of peanut butter. add some ice to your taste preference, and it is a fulfilling meal. It has also kept for full for over 3 hours before starting to feel hungry, even on days when at work, where I drive a delivery truck and have a lot of heaving lifting to do. I've also noticed decreased cravings while at customers offices with the doughnut boxes laying around. I really shouldn't be surprised, everything else that I have tried from beachbody has delivered as promised. This is just another shining example of a quality product by a quality company.
